The Home Depot

If you are needing help with your DIY or renovation the people in the pro shop, especially Tony, are THE BEST! They're the best at advice and quality control. They care, a lot, about customer satisfaction and the end result at the best price.

All the Home Depot‘s are great but the San Bernardino on 21st St. really went above and beyond. The staff, Justin, BreAnna, and Faith actually help me load my car, which is a Subaru because my truck was in the shop. I drove down and they strapped on the table and opened the boxes and put all the stuff in the car so it would fit and I made it all the way up the mountain with everything perfect thanks to them. I am so so grateful to their customer service and just human touch. That’s why Home Depot is my first go to spot before I go to Lowe’s. Also, there was a gentleman that helped me get my table was a patio table on clearance and it was nowhere in sight but it said that they had seven he went to five or six different locations in the store and found that table for me so I didn’t leave empty-handed.

This review is only for the tall skinny guy in black doing surveys. He stopped me and said I would get a $30 gift certificate if I did his survey. I answered his questions and after 5 minutes he tried to leave. I asked him what about my gift certificate. He said its only if I get my water tested but he never offered that service either. So he basically lies to people so he can get his surveys done. Don't do any surveys, its a waste of time.

I came to my local San Bernardino store and Peter was friendly approachable and very helpful. I hope he gets this message how much he made my husband and myself day. He went above and beyond and directed and physically showed us where the pipe seal was. Thank you again for your awesome customer service!!

Went for two sets of a drill bundle that were on sale at this location only. On arrival, we couldn’t find them on the shelves. A friendly employee named Richard approached us and asked if we needed help with anything. He verified on his scanner that the product was in stock, and volunteered to go check the top rack. He did see one from the ground, and went to go grab his lift. He gated off the section for safety, and was able to get us both of the sets we needed. Richard gave us an exceptional customer experience that we rarely get at other businesses. We were not asked to write a review, but his work inspired us to do so.
